Very informative... pulling images from traffic cams is a genius way to use WP!
Unfortunately, the only Washington DC traffic cams that I can use are through trafficland.com and they have some kind of timestamp in their image URL that will time out if it is not updated by a browser post... bummer.
But still, thanks for the guide and the skins!
