it is the same. so long as you install an os-only rom, you are safe no matter the carrier (also be sure to not allow any "ppst.exe" files to be executed/run unless you are sure they are for your carrier)
its for all carriers so flash away!
now if you are flashing a rom with radio and os or just radio...then you gotta be sure to be carrier specific.

yes thats the truth. you can go ahead and flash the sprint leaked rom (i take it you are on sprint) then run the sprint ppst cab found here:

though if you want to flash away to another, custom rom...you will need to unlock.
