ok try using pocketrar to unzip. when u use file exp n go into lets say the marsware folder, then themes, ull see a folder called default. u wanna put the theme folder there so when u go to ur weatherpanel settings u can choosethe default theme or the shinewp theme.
is this what u have been doing?
