Real basic probably but here goes:

- Which are the Soft Keys? Are they the red/green buttons at the bottom that dial/hangup? Or, are they the software ones that call up Calendar and Contacts? I see programs that change the soft keys but I'm not sure how they work.

- How do I designate a default keyboard? I prefer the block recognizer but it seems the Touch Keyboard usually pops up.

- Why do some of my phone calls generate notes? Sometimes I look in my notes list and there are several notes regarding contacts with a date and time.
