Question 1: Which version of WP are you using?
Question 2: Which theme are you using?
Question 3. Are you using Search when adding cities? So that you get a Location Code, such as USWA0441?
Make sure your connect tab is set as follows: - Auto Update Data: checked
Establish Connection: checked
Disable Checking for New Versions: checked
Then do an explicit update from the menu. You should see the update icon turn red while it's working. |

Question #3---Yes
Checked everything you said and did update. Update icon flashes red. Doesn't stay on continuous.
Still getting the alternating statements as above.
