On the 6700, does the theme make the top/bottom window bars go away when you are looking at file explorer or say dialing a number?

I have a theme on my phone now, but the window bars at the top and bottom still come up when I look at File Explorer, dial a number, etc...

I am just looking for an ipod theme that basically eliminates any appearance of Windows unless I close the theme.
