Auto Device Lock
I stumbled across this nifty little app by JKingGrim and Jussi77 at PDAPhoneHome.

Basically, you know that 'device lock' today plugin? Well, it initiates a device lock every time you boot up, without having that plugin active. It works very well and leaves a small memory footprint!
