Make sure you have on your command, in my device is "program files\SmartUtilities\makecall.exe now in Parameters write the phone number of the contact and press ok... do this step with all your contacts and there you go.

thanx a lot bro, i got it to work, last question... do i have to make individual icons for each contact?? or can i make the name appear like in your first pic??
