Funny, I had pretty much the exact same thoughts.
I have little use for wi-fi.
The increaseed resolution is good, but personally don't feel the need for it on a 2.8" screen.
The accelerometer is neat , but I too have the camera button mapped to landscape mode.
All in all, it'll depend on the price point, and what the device actually feels like in my hands. Right now though, it doesn't offer me much, considering i'm just an average user.
