1. Unlock with ImCokeMan's v2.31

2. Flash phone with this rom

3. Now flash to this rom
ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/Vogue/Users/OM...EM.Verizon.exe and everything should be good to go after this.
Make sure after everything is done to go into the phone settings and change the location from 911 only to location on.
