For what its worth... I've had my HTC Touch about 6 months... I spoke with a sprint rep.. who transferred me to tech support.. then I called back to customer service and asked for a supervisor.. enough run-around, right? The Supervisor reviewed the sprintstore.sprint.com link that 'commits' the GPS update to being out by end of Q1. He agreed to let me send my Touch back for a full refund.. OR .. I could wait a few weeks and he would swap it free for a Samsung Instinct.
