Please help me !!!!!!!!!i can't convert this File on the bottom into a .dat file. I download this zip file from my phone and save it as qa_weather_description.dat. When i Try to extract the file it asks for a password which was given to me on this post. I unlock the files but it is not converted into a .dat. I really need the description on the bottom for the weather. So can some show me step by step instructions on how to convert it PLEASEEEEEEEEEE Thanks.
