Hey mike just download any of the 3 attachments in post one. You have s2w Original which is the one with 5 buttons, but 2 buttons are tilted. s2w blackdrop displays the 5 button in a row... and the s2w basic which has no buttons in the layout.

You can make or add any background you want and set it up in your device as you would normally ex; "set as background" and make sure the transparency is set to 0%.
