Make sure you are using Voicecommand v1.6 as 1.5 will not work. Also this was built on the full version so a trial may not work if there is one. You should only need the exe as all the other bits are in the rom as well as all of the reg entries. You do need to create a shortcut to the voicecommand.exe that you places in the windows dir and place this shortcut in the \windows\startup as it needs to initalize at startup. I have run VC with both xcpuscalar and wisebar without any issues, this was the original config of the rom and both started automaticly. I just recently started having xcpuscalar not load by default. You should be able to enable/disable any one of these at anytime without any ill effect. In the system control for vc, you should be able to set the option to have the announcement go to the BT headset, the built in speaker or a wired headset. I believe the announce to BT is the default. The only difference from what I run, to what your running is that I have the exe in the rom where you are just copying it in after first boot for legality reasons.
