Works great and I am sending this message using my modem. The only problem I got on my PC is that there is an unknown “generic serial” driver.

Are you running XP? If so, then when Installing the drivers, it detects 2 devices, the "HTC Modem driver" and then the "diagnostics driver". At which point you will need to point to the
C:\DRIVERS\32bit\XP\HTC Diagnostics Interface and once thats detected, it will ask yet again for the HTC USB Modem drivers located in the
C:\DRIVERS\32bit\XP\HTC USB Modem folder.
If you failed to detect it and it shows in the device manager, just click on Update Driver and select these folders above to install it properly. Remember when it detects the HTC Diagnostics, you will then be asked yet again for the HTC USB Modem drivers!
