Ut-Oh trouble started (could it be that I ran PPST.exe)?

I've had a few issues lately. First a little background. I ran basically what's in my signature for a week with no troubles at all. After a tour of Sprint Leaked ROM I'm back to this same config.

But a couple days ago I also decided to try the PPST.EXE suggestion. This did help agps a little. It made no difference on the Leaked ROM.

But now some of my problems I had on the leaked ROM has returned since running PPST.exe.

Today on a fresh boot running IGuidance I tried to make a call with Voice Command. Voice Command would not respond, but it did hear me as the contact popped up on the screen for confirmation. So heck I tapped it and the call was issued. But no Voice in either direction on headset or handset. Tried again nothing.

I then shutdown iGuidance and Voice Command immediately popped up and said do you wish to call so and so on mobile. I said yes and made the call no problem.

I had done this MANY times (IGuidance with BT Headset calls) on my original test drive of the config in my signature. And I had issues like this running the Leaked Sprint ROM and now the AllTel config with PPST.EXE run.

I also had idle data connection hang overnight issues return since running PPST.EXE

Could it be coincidence?

To get back to my very first AllTel config, should I reinstall the Stock Sprint ROM? Or is their a PPST.EXE form the Stock ROM I can run? Will that undo GPS?
