This could be my biggest complaint! you can only send it to e-mails? wtf? why not leave the option for both? I paid over $400 for my phone I better be able to do everything that the damn $50 phones can do and MORE! NO VIDEO MESSAGING EITHER? The worst part is they have people complaining and they don't care...
SCREEN BRIGHTNESS
When its sunny out and I try to look at my screen to see whos calling or try to finish my text message...FORGET ABOUT IT! I cant see anything!
EMAIL
DOESNT COME TO THE PHONE AUTOMATICALLY! YOU HAVE TO SEND AND RECIEVE! VERY ANNOYING WHEN I KNOW THAT THERE ARE CHEAPER GARBAGE PHONES THAT HAVE THAT.
...there are many more I just cant think of them all right now...
* By the way...the first Mogul I had I smashed against the wall then picked it up smashed it on the floor and threw it again lol....I HATE THIS PHONE AND I HATE SPRINT MORE
