Ok well that rules out a few things. Next step i would advise is to call CS and let them know that your sprint tv application is not operating properly (ie no working at all). Customer Service (CS) should be able to have to up and running in no time(Keyword SHOULD). How long have you had this device if i may ask? I ask that as thats usually a day one discovery.
