After reading it, I'm not sure I understand the IP exactly, but I am pretty sure it's app specific. Or carrier specific? I dunno. At any rate, I have this IP in mine already and it's really hit or miss. Sometimes I lock in under a minute. Sometimes, 5 minutes. Sometimes more.
