DCD 3.1.2: EPST Fix
Posting it over here as well as XDA:
for anyone having EPST problems on DCD's 3.1.2 ROM, try reinstalling your carrier cab. if this STILL doesnt work, try uninstalling all dialers and running the carrier cab. for example, if you broke functionality by installing a GSM dialer, this will fix it.
