TCPMP Settings with ORB please?

I know this subject has been covered before, but I want to see if anyone can help, I think my case is a little different. I have TCPMP on the newest version, and can ply Youtube just fine no choppiness.

I have music videos in mp4 format that didnt play before, but I got a codec or something that makes it work with mp4 now and it does, but the videos are choppy on my mogul. I use the videos on my laptop and they are fine.

I just got a TV tuner and I can stream now from my desktop, but it streams choppy and loads every 10 or so seconds. I have adjusted the buffer settings to: normal buffer-1120kb, preload at underrun- 25%, preload audio-64%,
microdrive mode not checked.
under advanced tab, I have Manual A/V offset +/- to 400 msec.
under video settings, i have raw framebuffer selected

I know speed could be an issue with internet drops, but I had a pretty good signal. I will check on wifi to see if it is still choppy. My PC specs are up to par, but I will increase my ram from 512 soon just in case, I am only running orb on this. Also, i do have all file associations checked with tcpmp.

I can stream audio with no issues at all via orb and music stations online.

If anyone can suggest some sort of settings with tcpmp or even wmp I would be greatfull!
