I have plenty of memory (29 MB) so I am confused about this message.
Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

The memory being referred to is program memory, not storage memory. |
Yes, I knew they were referring to Program Memory... I wrote the wrong one down... I have 29 MB storage and about 18 MB program memory. Should be plenty.
Any thoughts?

Have you tried soft reseting the device and then syncing?
