i figured it out guys
thank you for the time and assistance provided trygin to fix this issue
all i did was delete all the keys (30+ in total) is amazing where all they can put a single file .......and it worked........unsitallled it and installed again just for shiz and giggles
.......oh and ya know what, after i made it work I thought.........."why dont i just backdate my registry and ppc just in case" so i did it and it reinstalled just fine and dandy ..........gg noobs
