I'm not on the side of the person who made the listing, however, saying that it's stealing is assuming that he is using a Rom from one of the chef's out there. But, what if he is using one of the OEM (leaked more than likely) Roms? Now this ROM is not his (or hers) to sell, however it is (as far as I can tell) free to distribute. So if the person is charging $75 for the "service" of flashing, to each his \ her own. If someone is gonna pay for it, are they really wrong to charge that much?

However, if the person is using one of the Roms made on this forum, that's different. They should be giving credit where credit is due. The person who made the Rom should get some kick back at the very least.
