SprintTV and your other PowerVision services use your PowerVision login, not your phone number. That should be stored in the phone itself. The leaked ROM shouldn't have overwritten it. You could try reloading the ROM and letting the Sprint customizations run. I had issues with my login and that fixed it for me. Worst case, call Sprint support and have them walk you through reprogramming your phone or if you'd rather do it yourself dial ##786# and do Menu Reset. You need your MSL, search for GetSPC to get the MSL if you don't already have it. Make sure you've got everything you want backed up before you reset it.
