Which version you have? WAD2 or WAD3? The cab file for WA2 can be placed directly onto your device and launch simply by clicking it. WA3 I believe has to be launched via a PC with the Handheld Device sync.. At any rate sure you are not trying to launch the app while it is still in zip file format. The files have to be extract from a zip before they can be launched. Hope this helps.
