Don't blame sprintpcs. It sounds like you have been the victim of identity theft. Most likely one or more outgoing bill payments including your sprintpcs bill were stolen from your mailbox.

I kindly suggest that you contact all 3 credit reporting companies, credit card companies, etc and put fraud flags on your accounts as a protective measure as a start.
You also should also consider closing all checking accounts and starting new ones since they probably have your checking account information as well.
