create a shortcut to what? theres an exe and two dlls.. im not seeing where they go..

edit: oh nvm i get it.. i get its just another application to gain entrance to the code menus.. makes sense. but my problem is that the # i use most often, #777 isnt working.. giving me no modem found... dialing rules are set to the right area code and turned off. does anyone have any ideas?

edit#2: i took out teh international code in the dialing rules and it seems like it connects now.. but it doesnt load anything. my signal seems to be nonexistent right now though.. is it possible that a rom update would make my service worse?
