LMAO! I used to have a very similar app on my Treo 700wx last year for the exact same reason. I was an independant IT consultant and always got held up at a few specific client's offices by non-stop talkers.

And even though I billed out at $90/hour, sometimes the money I made wasn't enough to make up for the loss of time in my life wasted on listening to the ramblings of a client who didn't know when to shut up.

I also used to use it to get out of family reunions/parties at a decent hour... always made it look like it was a client with an emergency that could not wait until the next morning.
