OK I will heed your advice. I called and they say I have to take it to a store to have them 'look' at it. Regardless if I know more about the device then them. Does this mean I failed at having them add it over the phone and will have to complete a non vzw device activation form and ship it in for approval? I really don't want to be without a phone for a few weeks. I might have an old junkier around to use. Should I try again? I told the first guy it was an alltel device and the second guy asked if it was a sprint device and I said yes. Was this where I went wrong? Thanks again.
