First go to settings, click the input icon and select TouchPal. In the settings it has a checkbox to select it as the primary SIP. Check that. It will prompt for a soft-reset, so go ahead. If it doesn't stay selected then SIPChange is in order. this program makes it stay selected. It is in the kitchen selections. if you already flashed or don't want to flash yet I attaced a .zip of the .cab installer. Unzip on your PC, copy to your storage card and install to your device.
