Re: Phone won't answer or no audio on connect?

Food for thought....I had/have the same problem with my Mogul...however I managed to narrow it down...It would only do it if I used my bluetooth earpiece and turned the earpiece off while my phone was in standby. The only way around it was to perform a soft-reset. However if this IS the case for you guys...try taking the phone OFF standby before turning off the bluetooth earpiece.

Also, here's a small test you can do to see if it is the same problem...

1. Enable Bluetooth on your phone through the comm manager.

2. Turn on and pair your earpiece.

3. Make a call (call your Voicemail or something)

4. Hang up the call using the hang-up button on the earpiece.

5. Wait for your phone to go into standby (black screen).

6. Now turn off your bluetooth earpiece using the switch or button on the unit.

7. Now wake up your phone and call your VM again using the phone NOT the bluetooth. I bet you won't hear anything through the phone nor the bluetooth when it says connected.

Happens with me every time no matter what bluetooth unit i use. Phone must be out of standby when turning earpiece off to avoid this for some stupid reason. If this ISN'T the case then sorry for the waste of time.
