There can only be one ROM installed on the device at one time. If you are looking for a ROM "name" then you will not find it. You likely do not need any ROM 'viewing' software either. On the device go to Start -> Settings -> System -> Device info. In here is will tell you everything I think you are looking to know.

Too many to list although most people do not use custom ROMs like they used to but rather use to Kitchen to build and cook thier own.
