I just bought a 2GB Transcend 80x from tigerdirect for $60 + $6 shipping. I checked its status for 2 days and it was still on backorder so I thought about cancelling my order and began looking for other deals. I ran across the same card at newegg for $47+ $6 shipping. I called tigerdirect and asked them to price match and they credited my card back with $15. Not bad huh. It came in yesterday and I can already tell, I'm going to need more.
I had to go to electronic express and a salesman tried to sell me a 1GB regular Sandisk for $89! He tried to convince me what a good deal that was. I told him I bought double that for almost half the price. He said "oh". I'm all in favor of supporting local shops but that price wasn't even close.
