I have a Verizon xv6800 and a SanDisk 4gb sdhc card worked right out of the box..
there is cab file floating around, which when installed, will allow your device to see over the 4gb mark..
however, i am not sure that is relevant any more, and maybe just specific to earlier flavors of Moguls...
either way, i've seen people have up to a 12GB card no problem..
