There is a Titan ReLocker http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?p=125160

Its mentioned in the Titan unlocker thread

I would definitely re lock the phone, not re locking it could put your warranty at risk. Chances are the idiot that looks these phones over and says they are fine when they are not and cleans up the phone, puts in a box, and sends it out to the next customer who needs a replacement... (They give you "refurbished" phones as replacements.... that's my experience with Verizon...) won't even notice.

Sry for the bitterness, I went through six 6700's with Verizon before they gave me a brand new one in a retail box. I received phones with scratches, gouges in the screen, lock ups, and a soft reset button that didn't feel right and broke the following day. Hopefully Sprint does better for their customers.
