Hello just wanted to chime in and say that the you will probably be billed for this as was I.
It shows up on your bill as:
Sprint: Multi media - 09 Sprint TV Xtra -05/12 $9.99
Sprint: Multi media - 50 Sprint TV Premier -05/12 $7.95
Kind of sucks because I only used Sprint TV once but oh well.

Now that I think about it as long as you don't subscribe to those two services listed you should be alright. I just didn't find any channels I liked in the normal line up.
