ok then u can still "uninstall" it.
first, go to settings/personal/today/items and uncheck htc home.
then delete the entire folder out of the root directory.
then go to \\\registry\HKLM\SOFTWARE\HTC\ in the registry and delete the directory htchome.
then go to \\\registry\HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Today\Items\ in the registry and delete the directory htc home.

there, now it will be unofficially uninstalled.haha
it will leave no evidence that it was ever there.
