its cause i have a refurb berfore and i know they are crap. but i didnt think there would be a lot of alltel users with a 6800 and i thought i would try and replace but i think i just hand in with the broken button and wait till i really screw it up. what radio are you giving the phone back with? just honestly dont know what to do i must say i love the phone but the broken button just kinda dissapoints me
