and speaking of data speeds, the ones overseas in places in europe and asia are crazy (3.6 Mbps for HSDPA/UMTS to up to 7.2 Mbps for WCDMA alone) as opposed to EvDO speeds that are mostly 2.4 Mbps which include tethering, and Rev. A completely killed me. lol.
