STEP 1.

put this in the /windows/opera9/skins folder

Editretty sure this file is the same as the guy/girl above me. didnt see his post and i havent checked it.

STEP 2.

then open opera and type in opera:config in the address bar.

click on adaptive zoom

max zoom = 120
minoverview zoom = 30
minzoom = 100

save settings: a popup window will come up telling you settings were saved.

STEP 3.

restart opera.
