I think i'm going to send mine in because i have had it for well under a year and this isn't the only problem. I have 2 bright white spots on the screen where it looks like its brighter than the rest of the screen. I know this is a common problem but it drives me mad.

Question: HTC said (when i called them) that i needed the original proof of purchase from SPRINT to verify that i bought it from them. All i have is the original packing invoice... is that what they are talking about? please let me know because if that's the case i am sending this badboy asap.

I think my replacement was a refurb but I have had the refurb for 6 months and it has been really solid. I didn't call HTC directly. My sprint store took care of it for me. Dunno on the packing slip.
