Point your browser to
http://www.pocketemu.com/download.html and you will find the download for the HHC and in the Other Files section you will find the latest 2.1 Home plugin (6 tab). Copy these to your device's My Documents and then sync them over to your device. Install the Home plugin first and then the HHC. You will then find the HHC in your Programs tab.
