Thanks for all the help and Ultima i will try that !!! i tried to do mine with activesync for the last time last night since i figured a way to get my contacts to appear on it it downloaded all this stuff on my address book (email contacts from gmail) but i cant import my contacts from my PPC( it doesnt show on my PC!!) so while deleting close to 200 useless contacts it added on my phone i accidentally erase bout a 100 of my contacts from my PPC
i know i should have check before saying yes but i was frustrated and wasnt thinking right.......well at least i retain bout 20 or so of my contact before i realise what i did
