same way as everyone else
just be sure to install a bell rom. you can also install the sprint rom if you want the newest radio and such, just dont let the customizations after first boot run, soft reset before they can run.
im also not entirely sure if the newest radio works on bell (though i cant see why it wouldnt), so i would be sure to get a stock rom for bell that contains both the os and the radio before moving forward.
just follow one of the many instructions around here, like the ones i posted just a few posts back, or dharvey4651's great tutorial for example!
