Negative. If you put an mp3 file in the Windows directory (\Windows) you can use it for Text Messages

You'll have to edit the mp3 to the length you want. And even if you read the text, reply, etc. It'll still play the whole length. Thats WM for ya And no, no one has found a way to set text ringtones for individual contacts, not possible. At least no yet
