Hello... To do downgrade the radio you need CokeMan's Vogue Unlocker, a generic RUU, and the 3.35.04 Radio. These are all pretty small files that you should be able to find here on the forums but if needed I can email them to you.

Steps...
Run Vogue Unlocker.
Run Generic RUU with Radio file copied into it's directory.
Run Cokeman's 2.31 Unlocker.
