For all those that have had backup errors, this will fix them. It seems that the errors are due to the backup program trying to backup key mapping, which as we all know the Vogue doesn't have many of. Spb has a "special" release that addresses these issues. You should go in the advanced options and uncheck the "stop processes before backup" option as well and the app will work fine.
I found the fix on the SPB forum, and they have a link to desktop and cab installers.
