Try downloading the unlocker again. Read through through this post thoroughly
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=9093 . Your phone should show 2.40 when it gets to the three-color screen. If it doesn't, something is missing. I could be wrong but I did have similar problems at first and it took me quite a while.
