I have a university degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, and Psychology and have 11 years quality assurance and limited programming experience with SEGA, Origin Systems (prior to being acquired by Electronic Arts), Westwood Studios (prior to being acquired by Electronic Arts), Activision, Electronic Arts, and Microsoft.
